Existe una maravillosa herramienta llamada los "40 Elementos del desarrollo", que has sido desarrollada para ayudar a las iglesias y entidades sirviendos a los jóvenes a ser más efectivos en desarrollar la vida de los niños y adolescentes. En este taller exploraremos como esta herramienta puede ayudarlo a evaluar e implementar elementos del programa que impactarán positivamente a sus jóvenes.

Este taller considerata principios biblicos para la formacion de una teologia de ministerio en en contexto Latino. Temas de justicia biblica en la realidad de la opresion y colonizacion Latina Americana seran evaluados.

Para crear cambio sostenible en la comunidad Latina, hay que entender la importancia de abogacía al nivel local y nacional. Nuestros Barrios se entrentan conasuntos como la falta de vivienda económica, una crisis educacional, ya la necesidad de reforma inmigratoria. Vengan a aprender que se puede hacer para impactar estos problemas desde las perspectivas de la política pública y la organización comunitaria.

Con tantas necesidades que existen en la comunidad Latina, grandes oportunidades tambien abundan para nueva iglesias plantadas a moverse mas alla de simplemente enfocarse en la proclamacion del evangelio, y demostrar las Buenas Nuevas con actos de amor, servicio y compasion hacia la comunidad entera. En este taller nosotros exploraremos como un acercamiento integral que incluye evangelismo, adoracion, companerismo, discipulado y desarrollo comunitario son esenciales para un ministrerio efectivo en el barrio.

Jesus received one recorded offering in his career. The disciples didn't get it. The masses were confused. But a boy with a bagged lunch understood, and his tuna fish sandwich fed 5,000. A husband's debts nearly cost a widow her son’s freedom. The prophet's response: “What's in your hand?” A few drops of oil and a town full of jars later, she bought their freedom. Let's explore how to turn tuna fish and empty bottles into resources for urban ministry.

This workshop will help you recognize the symptoms of trauma, respond through a research-based plan called “The 3 Rs,” and develop practical ideas that you and your team can provide for the kids and families in your community.
